About the role:
- Provide front end advice on development applications setbacks offsets yields.
- Litigation representation in the State Administrative Tribunal the Supreme Court of WA and Court of Appeal.
- Be involved in a wide range of planning matters including development applications merit appeals compulsory acquisition contaminated sites and planning agreements.
The ideal candidate:
- 25 PQE with relevant experience to the role (environment alongside planning experience highly regarded)
- Preadmission experience in planning or environment law will be viewed favourably.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Genuine drive to learn develop and specialise in this area.
- Strong work ethic with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
