- Strip & Wax flooring using a chemical process and floor machine
- Operate a high speed burnisher to buff waxed floors
- Low Moisture carpet treatment and carpet extraction
- Clean windows
- Light Pressure Washing
- Daily floor care such as vacuuming sweeping mopping and buffing
- Trash removal
- Restocking consumable items such as paper towels soap TP
- General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in offices kitchens restrooms etc.
- Restocking: Ensure paper towels soap and toilet paper are always stocked.
- Routine hours will be weekDAY working with a team
- Nonroutine hours such as floor services must be performed when businesses are closed which require work to be completed on weeknights and weekends
- We will fairly balance the routine/nonroutine hours to give you a variable but planned schedule
- Overtime possible but rare
