Key Responsibilities:
- Software Acquisition: Develop and refine innovative software acquisition strategies for the nations emerging autonomous capabilities. Embed with the USG team and lead a highprofile largescale software procurement effort.
- Requirements Analysis: Recommend and refine detailed operational requirements for emerging autonomous systems
- Program Management: Oversee project timelines deliverables and resource allocation to achieve aggressive project timelines and cuttingedge technology outcomes.
- Advanced Modeling Techniques: Recommend and leverage software modeling and test tools to validate performance and achieve knowledge parity with participating vendors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior USG and contractor team members and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project success.
Work Environment:
- Location: Onsite embedded within a DoD awardwinning USG acquisition team.
- Travel Requirements: Travel approximately five days per quarter.

Qualifications: Required:
- Clearance: Minimum Secret with the ability to quickly obtain TS SCI SAP. TS highly desired.
- Systems Engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years of advanced proficiency in UAF SysML UML DoDAF/MODAF IDEFo BPMN MBRE and SysML v2.0.
- Modeling & Simulation: Strong background in M&S and MBSE. Extensive knowledge of scaled software test infrastructure required for complex embedded systems.
- Complex System Design: Experience in designing and developing complex systems of systems and enterprise architectures.
- Program Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with approximately 15 years of experience in program/project management. Experience should include managing complex software development projects.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within all organizational levels including senior DoD leadership.
- Defense Sector Experience: Previous experience in the defense sector or with DoD projects.
- Proven ability to recommend embrace and implement change in a fastpaced highperforming handpicked organization.
Desired:
- AI/ML Methods: Familiarity with AI/ML applications and test methods.
- Emerging Technologies: Interest in and experience with the latest system modeling and engineering techniques and languages.
- Operational Familiarity: Operational flight experience or work within a relevant Air Force tactical aircraft environment.
- Software Acquisition: Experience in largescale USG software acquisition program(s) especially experience or extensive knowledge of the formal Software Acquisition Pathway.
