Custom Marine is Growing!
We currently have job openings for1st and 2nd shift TIG Welders / Fabricators to work in our Neenah WI facility.
Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers exhaust pipes mufflers and other marine and industrial components.Our products support healthcare military law enforcement banking gas stations etc.

Position Summary:
- Experience MIG and TIG Welding Stainless Steel and other metals to deliver a quality weld that is also aesthetically pleasing.
- Ability to Walk the Cup and be familiar with using hard automation such as plasma weldaround.
- Fabricate and assemble components and parts Measure cut grind and shape components using varies tools.
- Ability to read understand and work from blueprints layouts and other types of work orders/instructions.
- Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Meet and maintain quality and performance expectations including productivity efficiency and time management all while maintaining a highlevel attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read write and speak English fluently.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
- Other duties may be assigned to accommodate the needs of the company and/or shop.
