How Youll Make an Impact
As a Data Scientist youll be a driving force behind our Gaming LLM. You will be instrumental in building models capable of understanding nuanced game descriptions classifying game elements according to complex taxonomies and generating accurate structured outputs for integration into our products and APIs directly contributing to our mission.
What we expect you to do
Finetune LLMs using domainspecific data ontologies for enhanced game classification and understanding.
Develop and implement strategies for hierarchical classification and reliable structured output generation (e.g. JSON).
Design and execute experiments to evaluate and continuously improve model performance.
Manage datasets for training and evaluation ensuring quality and relevance.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate models and stay updated on relevant AI advancements.
What We Think Youll Need to Succeed
Masters in a relevant quantitative field (CS AI Data Science).
Proven experience finetuning LLMs and strong understanding of ML/DL/NLP principles.
Handson experience with structured output generation and validation from LLMs.
Proficiency in Python and common ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch LangGraph CrewAI Hugging Face etc).
Experience with ontologies taxonomies RAG LORA fine tuning and prompt engineering techniques.
Strong analytical problemsolving and collaboration skills.
Bonus XP (NicetoHaves)
A love for gaming this is not only about data science.
Experience with gaming data game metadata or working in the gaming industry.
Experience with hierarchical classification problems.
Knowledge of MLOps agentic AI systems or microservice architectures.
Familiarity with LLM platforms (e.g. Fireworks.ai OpenAI etc.
