We are looking for an Experienced Technical Writerto join our team in London/Romania!
What Youll Do:
- Compose clear and concise documentation in Confluence and MS Word aimed at both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Create a broad range of documentation including:
- API documentation
- User manuals
- Troubleshooting articles
- Architecture documentation
- Procedures
- Release notes
- Design document templates.
- Maintain the knowledge base of the project.
- Edit and review documents.
- Work with Development Operational and QA teams to obtain information.
- Ensure all documentation is diligently maintained and communicated to all stakeholders.
What Were Looking For: - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Atlassian Confluence.
- Experience on related roles 2 years
- Strong knowledge of diagramming software and screen capture tools.
- Experience in researching and gathering technical data from subject matter experts (developers business analysts QAs) and project specifications.
- Ability to work in a multifunctional team.
- Understanding of software documentation specifics and style guides.
- Wellorganized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
