The role:

We are looking for a dynamic resultsdriven Business Development Director to lead the charge in revenue growth through new client acquisition propositionbased selling and strategic partnerships. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in identifying and unlocking highvalue opportunities primarily within the Financial Services sector across the UK and Europe while also exploring potential in other sectors and international markets.

This highvisibility position offers direct engagement with senior leadership and provides an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the future of Valuedynamxs commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

You will develop and execute a business development strategy aimed at achieving commercial goals while building strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence and create a competitive edge. Your focus will be on expanding into key sectors and new regions with a particular emphasis on the Financial Services industry.

    Sales & Client Acquisition

    You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close adopting a consultative and valuedriven approach. This includes engaging target clients through social media email and outbound outreach while representing Valuedynamx at industry events to secure key meetings and partnerships. You will also craft compelling proposals pricing strategies and commercial narratives that clearly demonstrate ROI.

      Pipeline & Forecasting

      Manage a strong sales pipeline with clear performance metrics track sales activities in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and provide reliable forecasts to support leadership decisionmaking.

        CrossFunctional Collaboration

        Collaborate with business development marketing and internal teams to align on gotomarket strategies working closely with Product Legal and Finance to deliver clientfocused solutions.

          Industry Engagement & Market Intelligence

          Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and competitors while contributing datadriven insights and thought leadership to market strategies.

            Skills & experience needed:

            Extensive experience inbusiness development sales or commercial leadership.

            Proven success in fullcycle enterprise sales within loyalty rewards or SaaS businesses.

            Demonstrated experience and network within the Financial Services sector

            Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing and structuring complex deals.

            Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM/sales tools.

            Excellent verbal and written communication negotiation and presentation skills.

            Experience directly within or selling to the financial services sector working in international markets a plus
