MPS/UPS Salary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Computer Science teacher to join an Outstanding school in Leicester. The successful candidate will be teaching Computer Science to KS3/4 with the opportunity to also teach at KS5 (ALevel). The Computer Science department is highly regarded with an excellent track record of success and boasts a strong supportive environment for both staff and students. The school is keen to receive applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in teaching Computer Science to KS3/4 with potential to teach KS5 (ALevel).
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A teaching qualification with QTS.
- Legal ability to work within the UK.

- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assessing and recording student achievement ensuring continuous progress.
- Managing classroom resources effectively to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Promoting positive discipline and supporting student wellbeing.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with students parents and colleagues.
Salary
The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS).
