Job Description
Job Description: Facility Manager
$33.6534.61 / Hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for various facility services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance repairs and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures related to facility operations.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in the facility promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations maintenance schedules and occupancy.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and occupants regarding facility issues.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and building systems.
- Proficient in managing facility operations maintenance and service contracts.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and vendors.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in facility management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in overseeing maintenance and repair programs for buildings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly salary of $33.6534.61 per hour commensurate with experience.
