Job Description
Job Title: Seasonal Visitor Information Assistant (Casual)
Location: Hillsborough Forest Visitor Info Trailer
Hours: Casual (Includes weekends & bank holidays)
Rate: 12.85 per hour
Duration: Easter September
What You ll Do
-
Greet and assist visitors with local info
-
Keep brochures stocked and displays tidy
-
Record visitor queries and feedback
-
Support at offsite events
-
Promote local tourism with a smile
What You Need
-
5 GCSEs (A C) or 3 yrs customer service experience
-
1 yr in a visitorfacing or hospitality role
-
Basic Microsoft Office skills
-
Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
Desirable: Tourism hospitality or sales experience
