Job Title: Product/Program Manager
(P&C property & Casualty and Commercial & Speciality) Insurance preferred.
Location: London UK. Hybrid 3 days
Job Type: Contract for 6 months
ROLE SUMMARY
The Product/Program Manager will be responsible for playing a pivotal part of clients growth strategy. With Clients strategic priorities focused on leveraging data and transforming our operating model this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that drive our success. The Product/Program Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage and develop solutions that align with our business goals enhance efficiency and deliver value to our customers.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and develop product/solution strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure focus on building the right products building them right and building them fast.
- Define scope objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor progress and report on status to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
- Gather and analyze data to support decisionmaking.
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in IT and Insurance.
Requirements
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in IT Product Management in insurance with a track record of successful technology solutions.
- Possess flexibility in methodologies: adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Able to leverage AI for efficiency and opportunities.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- B.A. / B.S. degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus but not required.
- CPCU Designation or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
