Job Description
Our Client is seeking a WordPress Full Stack Developer to join their team.
You will be responsible for developing maintaining and optimizing hightraffic WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development with experience in custom theme/plugin development API integrations and performance optimization.
Tasks
Develop and maintain WordPress websites including custom themes and plugins.
Optimize website performance security and scalability.
Integrate thirdparty APIs and services.
Work with designers to implement responsive and highperformance UI/UX.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in both frontend and backend environments.
Ensure best practices in SEO accessibility and web standards.
Requirements
3 years of experience in WordPress fullstack development.
Strong proficiency in PHP JavaScript (ES6 HTML5 CSS3 and MySQL.
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React Vue or similar) is a plus.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs AJAX and Webhooks.
Experience with Git CI/CD and deployment workflows.
Understanding of SEO Core Web Vitals and caching strategies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance/security issues.
Experience working with WooCommerce and multilingual WordPress sites is a plus
Experience with Cloudflare CDN and caching layers.
Familiarity with Headless WordPress (e.g. using GraphQL).
Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel VPS cloud hosting).
