Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data analytics fraud analytics and Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience and a proven track record in public sector project management. This role will focus on implementing the OIG Fraud Analytics roadmap driving collaboration across crossfunctional teams and establishing Agile processes within a datafocused environment.
MustHave Qualifications:-
10 years of Project Management experience with a focus on data analytics or fraud analytics initiatives.

Proven experience working with public sector clients preferably in government or healthcare fraud investigations.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe etc. and handson experience in implementing Agile in data teams.

Experience managing data analytics teams including data scientists engineers and analysts.

Ability to lead endtoend project delivery from roadmap planning to and reporting.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Must currently reside within commuting distance of Austin TX and be willing to work onsite.

Drive implementation of the OIG Fraud Analytics roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Oversee Agile adoption and coach teams on Agile best practices.

Develop and maintain project schedules documentation and communication plans.

Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies.

Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with public sector partners vendors and internal leadership to ensure timely project delivery.
