Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Atlanta United States. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in investigating business needs identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring solutions align with our organizations objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detailoriented and analytical individual to start their career in business analysis.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
  • Assist in proposing technical and process solutions that meet business needs
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements processes and solutions
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes
  • Support the identification of process improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to project updates and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for executivelevel audiences

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Basic understanding of business processes
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
