Job Title: Store Manager – Optical Store
Location: Pune Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Retail (Optical Industry Preferred)
Salary: Up to 35000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our optical retail store in Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in retail management preferably in the optical or healthcare domain. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets ensuring customer satisfaction managing inventory and leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday operations of the store

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets

Supervise train and motivate store staff

Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment

Ensure proper visual merchandising and hygiene standards

Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally

Manage store documentation and billing procedures accurately

Report sales data and insights to higher management regularly
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role (optical or healthcare preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Customercentric mindset with problemsolving skills

Basic knowledge of optical products lenses and frames (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
