Job Description
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care facility within a 75mile radius. Local candidates are welcome and a local rate will be applied if under 75 miles away. This position requires working day shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm with rotating weekends. The LPN must be willing to float to all units within the same building serving a 40bed unit with patient populations including MS orthopedics dementia and memory care. A minimum of 1 year of experience a current NY license and BLS certification are required along with proficiency in PointClick Care EMR system. LPN / LVN (Nursing)
