To attend to any cash related matter (e.g. walkin customers ATMs) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification:
- NQF Level 5 or equivalent in Finance Banking or related field
Experience Required:
- 1 2 years Branch banking experience with a thorough understanding of the banks laiddown policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support bulk cash handling and ATM operations
- Familiarity with legal aspects regarding cash handling and financial transactions
- Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using banking software and cash management systems
