Reach your full potential as a Brand Manager
As Brand Manager you will develop and implement the strategy and vision for a dynamic portfolio of cosmetic brands within the Benelux. You combine data with creativity to make the right decisions and work towards the perfect balance between profitability and brand experience. Financial responsibility and accurate budget management are key. Your international mindset enables you to respond to trends and strategically position brands across different markets.
Your responsibilities as Brand Manager:
- Develop and lead the annual marketing plan and retailer strategy to drive growth and engagement
- Effectively manage monthly and yearly A&P budgets and ensure impactful allocation of resources
- Conduct indepth analyses of purchasing data brand performance and retail trends translating numbers into strategic action plans
- Monitor and optimize profit & loss statements actively steering on KPIs such as revenue margin and market share
- Collaborate with Product Development Sales and Supply Chain to ensure seamless of brand strategy
- Build strong relationships with retailers and partners to achieve shared growth
- Stay ahead by tracking and leveraging trends consumer behavior and market developments
Qualifications :

Youre not just any Brand Manager youre a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are analytically strong decisive and know how to inspire and convince others. Numbers strategy and creativity You know exactly how to combine them to make brands shine.
You:
- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in International Business Marketing or a related field
- Have at least two years of successful work experience in the cosmetics or luxury industry
- Ideally have 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Speak and write both Dutch and English fluently
- Preferably speak a third language such as Spanish or French useful for your international ambitions
- Are an Excel wizard and effortlessly create impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Have experience with financial reporting and know how to steer based on the insights
