Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position: Freelance Consultant CTPRA Implementation
Location: Remote
Experience: 3 years in IP Rights Management or Copyright Compliance
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Role: Support implementation and management of CTPRA (China Television Program Rights Association) compliance processes for media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure content complies with CTPRA copyright regulations
Liaise with Chinese authorities and rights holders
Assist in licensing renewals and content clearance
Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance audits
Key Skills: CTPRA knowledge Copyright Law Media Rights Management Chinese language (preferred) Legal Documentation IP Compliance
