You will work effectively with crossfunctional teams and facilitating alignment between business external bodies and stakeholders.
The activities:
- Define process engineering methodology standards and tools
- Define the approach and the operating model to build the process engineering capabilities across the firm
- Lead the delivery of the enterpriselevel initiatives
- Put together a plan and execute Resiliency Stress Scenario testing
- Management and leadership of resilience programme Risk
- Create required training materials to embed Operational Resiliency Framework
- Oversee the maintenance of the value chain and interdependency map
- Report vulnerabilities and actions plans arising from vulnerability management / risk treatment actions to governance
- Run a continuous improvement and change management program
- Manage budgets
Skills/Experience
- Strong analytical skills ability to structure and execute process mapping analyses and assessment
- Strong process design skills ability to define target output for a given process and use various levers to reengineer it to achieve those outputs
- Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems
- Previous experience with large scale change programs focused on process optimization
- Experience with the establishment and build out of process engineering Centers of Excellence / hub and spoke operating models
- Experience with relevant risk programs (e.g. stress testing business continuity and disaster recovery incident management)
- Experience with risk remediation including root cause analyses control design and implementation
- Ability to build and lead high performing crossfunctional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company coupled with the ability to reason persuade and influence effectively various stakeholders
- Management consulting experience
- Several years experience in the resilience role
