Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector creating marketing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities and meeting or exceeding revenue goals. This role demands a proven track record in business development exceeding sales targets and leading teams. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer relationship management strategic marketing and inventory management and will possess a strong goaloriented attitude to drive the success of the division.
Requirements
- Education:
- A Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are a plus.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in business development or sales with direct experience in the pharmaceutical and supply chain distribution sectors.
- Prior experience with pharmaceutical M&A transactions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with small business owners and suppliers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
