You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe PMO & Adoption Owner collaborates with the Business Owner and is responsible for adoption of standards in the departments and areas.
Owns the entire adoption tracks which project is established and implement which standard also is the goto person for stakeholders in all standard adoption topics.
PMO & Adoption Owner is coowning the product portfolio in terms of implementing controlling governing project planning (such as plans by when standards will be implemented because he/she will provide information to the Release engineer need to receive reports so PMO & Adoption Owner supports with the information on how many projects are using their product).
It is a very operative role with strong stakeholder management. MUST have strong experience at large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Provides project management support for multiple standardisation projects throughout the full lifecycle (project setup project planning project implementation progress control and project closure)
Provide Standard adoption support and guidance for business and technical representatives from products/projects within all customer areas in the organization
Ensure adherence and compliance of Company Standards by driving successful adoption and effective collaboration
Provide cross functional guidance and strategic planning
Coordinate dependencies and resource availability with different contributor groups
Setsup and maintains PMO processes and structures within agile project teams in alignment with stakeholders.
Supports the Standard Owners and RTE in preparation and for progress
reviews and milestones
Support Standard Owners (Project Owners) in managing issues risks and dependencies by tracking the Applicability Map movements and by providing adoption metrics.
Handling of project and steering meetings (organize project meetings set agenda track and actively follow up action items)
Maintain companys Standardization data and documentation repositories to ensure adoption traceability uptodate visibility on the Standards Catalogue
Promote Standardization and establish awareness of Standardization initiatives in the organisation through communication and training using suitable channels
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and practices
Acts in accordance with the company values and company s operational principles
Previous experience working in a similar role in large organizations.
Strong communication skills both in writing as well as orally. Ensuring concise and clear communication
Fluent English
Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable with communicating to different stakeholder levels.

Track record experience with project management and documentation tools

Experience in a highly regulated environment preferably Pharma would be a plus.
