At GrabFin we empower the people of Southeast Asia by enabling financial inclusion for the underserved from consumers and drivers to everyday entrepreneurs. The team is building innovative solutions to enable our partners (i.e. drivers and merchants) and Grab customers to gain access to credit products for their daytoday needs.
Get to know the Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Owning the strategy roadmap and vision for one or more Lending product lines aligned to customer needs market/regulatory landscapes and business goals.
- Partnering with platform teams (e.g. Risk Origination Collections) to translate productline strategy into scalable platform builds.
- Collaborating with market and regional teams to ensure your product lines are localized compliant and deliver strong adoption and retention.
- Driving experimentation structured learning and fast iteration to find productmarket fit and build a differentiated lending portfolio.
- Owning key customer and commercial outcomes balancing user experience with growth risk and operational efficiency.
The daytoday activities:
- Define and drive the vision strategy and success metrics for your product line(s) in close partnership with commercial country and platform teams.
- Deepdive into customer behavior market trends and internal data to identify pain points and opportunities that inform roadmap priorities.
- Lead the endtoend product development lifecycle from discovery and user research to and postlaunch monitoring.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements; manage dependencies across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with design engineering analytics and product marketing to deliver elegant scalable and compliant lending experiences.
Qualifications :
The musthaves:
- At least 10 years experience in product management with deep exposure to lending.
- Experience defining and leading product strategy across multiple markets and crossfunctional product teams.
- Ability to think in systems and coordinate across horizontal capabilities.
- Strong user empathy and customerfirst mindset coupled with rigorous datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and storytelling skills comfortable working with leadership engineering and commercial teams alike.
- Proven ability to scale products from 0 to 1 or 1 to n in complex fastmoving environments.
The nicetohaves:
- Bachelors in psychology computer science business economics or other related fields.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
- Solid ASEAN/APAC exposure.
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience; preferably has worked in a fintech or innovation arm.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
