Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill) Ability to source screen and shortlist candidates effectively for various roles.
- Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill) Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Training and Placement (Mandatory skill) Skills to provide training and placement assistance to candidates.
- IT Recruiter Familiarity with the IT recruitment process including sourcing and interviewing candidates for technical roles.
- US IT Recruiter Knowledge of US recruitment practices and experience working with USbased clients is a plus.
- Talent Acquisition Experience in identifying and acquiring top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Internship Opportunities Ability to effectively manage and coordinate internship programs and opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives and helping to promote the companys training and placement services.
- Providing training and guidance to freshers and helping them enhance their employability skills.
- Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering qualified candidates accordingly.
- Managing and overseeing internship programs and ensuring successful completion by interns.
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and consistent followups for placement assistance.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
