Job Description
Calling all Physicians in Missouri! Are you looking for an opportunity offering endless potential for growth
A fast growing Healthcare Management team is now seeking an Attending Physician to serve in three of their nursing homes.
- Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) taking responsibility for their medical management
- Conduct patient rounds collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
- Discuss treatment plans prognosis and advance care planning with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
- Work closely with nurses therapists and specialists to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- A boardcertified physician with experience in primary care and longterm care (LTC)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care
- Ability to work fulltime and travel to Nursing Homes in Missouri
- The doctor is expected to focus solely on the responsibilities within this role and may not work for another nursing home or private practice. However an affiliation with a hospital is highly encouraged and welcomed
Salary Range: Competitive Salary! $200000 $300000

Requirements: Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY Ok with nursing home setting Great bedside manner
