What you will be doing: Director of Medical Staff Services
- Oversee the staff services department at a medical facility or chain of medical facilities.
- Ensure proper credentialing and privileges for physicians and other medical staff in a healthcare facility.
Experience you will need: Director of Medical Staff Services
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or a businessrelated field (preferred: Masters degree).
- Dual certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as a CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Staff Management) and CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist).
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing credentials verification office and Medical Staff Services department.
