Job Description
What you will be doing:
Support the firm’s business corporate and real estate law practice groups.
Take a strategic and leadership role in the matters supported.
Develop and maintain client and interpersonal relationships.
Draft write and conduct research.
Work closely with partners to provide quality and effective representation to clients.
Manage all legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions including conducting due diligence and preparing legal documents.
Manage closing checklists and coordinate with various parties involved in deals.
Assist attorneys in managing all legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Prepare contracts conduct title searches and review closing documents.
Coordinate with lenders and title companies to ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
Experience you will need:
1 to 3 years of experience in business corporate and real estate law.
Experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Strong understanding of corporate law and securities regulations.
Washington State Bar membership is a requirement.
