Job Description
- Manage deployment configuration and maintenance of cloud services ensuring optimized performance and costefficiency across platforms and applications.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR) to safeguard sensitive data stored in the cloud.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate cloud services with onpremises systems Oracle and Adobe solutions for seamless organizational operations.
- Utilize various tools to monitor cloud service performance analyze usage patterns and make recommendations for scaling or adjustments to optimize resources.
- Provide technical support for cloudrelated issues and work closely with cloud service providers to resolve any problems that may arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
- Guide junior IT staff and promote best practices in cloud management to encourage continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with cloud service providers ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and optimizing cloud investments.
- Provide flexible support for critical operations including afterhours or weekend work for urgent issues or updates.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of three 3 years of experience managing cloud services with a strong focus on ensuring service availability performance and security.
- Experience working with Azure AWS O365 Oracle Adobe Cloud and familiarity with BI Power Page and mobile app cloud services.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals.
