Job Description:
Department: Office of the Provost
Reports to: Chief of Staff
Key Responsibilities
Front office greeter/receptionist
Maintain and support a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area for the Provosts Suite
Help organize Vice Provosts daily activities including calendar management and call screening for Vice Provost for Undergraduate Excellence and the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs
Supervise Work Study and other student employees
Assist with Academic and Student Life signature events and projects including:
Student Commencement Speaker selection
FirstYear Academic Convocation (space reservations work orders etc.
Commencement programs and materials
Provide administrative support for Provost and other Academic and Student Life administrators as requested including special projects
Administrative duties as needed (purchase requisitions expense reports etc.
Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory
Other duties as assigned
This is an inperson position is based at Fairfield Universitys Fairfield CT campus and is not eligible for immigration assistance.
