We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in London This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The role: Pensions Analyst
We are looking for a Pension Administrator to work with and provide support to our Workplace Savings Consultants and / or take the first step into a career in consulting.
This position would suit an experienced DC / DB / SIPP / SSAS / IFA Administrator looking for their next career move or an Analyst /Associate wanting to widen their knowledge and experience of using a benefits management platform.
We will count on you to:
- Prepare pension governance slides by gathering and analysing data for Workplace Savings Consultants to present to clients.
- Attend pension governance meetings writing minutes and following up on action items.
- Onboard and implement new pension clients ensuring correct setup on Darwin and with pension providers and producing employeefacing documentation.
- Lead or participate in pension change projects including necessary updates in Darwin for scheme provider and contribution rule changes.
- Support consultants with autoenrolment implementations and reenrolment projects maintaining employeefacing documents on Darwin and resolving client queries.
What you need to have:
- A degree qualification or relevant administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A strong desire to develop within Group Personal Pensions with an eagerness to learn about different insurers products and clients.
