Job Description
FOX40 is looking for a live television producer for our wellestablished lifestyle program Studio40 Live. Studio40 Live is a fun highenergy show that airs MondayFriday. The ideal candidate should be a selfstarter with the ability to creatively solve problems under demanding timelines. They should also have a knack for finding fresh ideas for content for both on air and social media. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing and communication skills. This position works closely with multiple departments and should be able to adapt and work with different personality types.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce daily segments and packages for weekday shows
- Organize show content in a cohesive sequence to engage and grow the audience
- Ensure daily production is highly produced teases are strong and content adheres to priorities
- Book and schedule aslive and pretaped instudio interviews and segments
- Evaluate entertainment and cultural value of stories for broadcast and web
- Work closely with Sales to integrate & schedule sponsored client segments
- Work with production team on recording schedules and show management
- Attend daily content meetings provide timely feedback and make solid decisions
- Handson oversight of a show Monday Friday
- Build relationships with guests clients community members and show contributors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of live booth experience
- Ability to preproduce stories on time and on brand
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritizemeeting tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment
- Ability to and edit is a plus
- Experience with ENPS Ross XPression and Streamline and Adobe Premiere Pro a plus
- A leader with a sales background and a solid list of contacts in the Sacramento area is strongly desired
Compensation $26.50/hr commensurate with experience and skill level
