Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly first voice of Xplor Welcome our customers with your positive energy through phone calls emails and live chats solving their questions on the spot.
- Solve problems with confidence Help our customers with their account and contract questions. Your team leader is always there to back you up when you need extra support.
- Help us get better together Share what you learn from customer conversations to improve our processes and swap tips with your teammates.
- Keep everything ticking along Follow up on payments send important updates to clients and keep our systems accurate and uptodate.
- Make a difference every day Use our handy resources to meet service goals while seeing the real impact you have on our clients experience.
