Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Masters degree in educational administration
Texas Principal or other appropriate certificate
Certified TTESS appraiser
ILD orAEL certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Indepth knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Ability to coordinate campus functions
Ability to interpret policy procedures and data
Strong organizational communication public relations and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Threeyears experience as a classroom teacher
Experience in instructional leadership roles
Required Experience:
Junior IC
