THE OPPORTUNITY
For over 50 years Thomson Power Systems (a RegalRexnord brand) has been a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry. We are currently looking for a highly motivated ATS Business Development Manager who will be focused on rapidly expanding the sales of Automatic Transfer Switches across North America with a focus on New York state region.
YOUR MISSION
Position Summary:
Reporting to the ATS Business Leader you will serve as a key member of the sales team. This is a handson role responsible for proactively driving the goto market Sales strategy and developing our channel to market. This role will be mentored by the Director of Sales and will work closely with all other functions of the company. Major Responsibilities:

Develop Execute and Sustain the strategic goto market sales channel strategy.
Expand third party channel partner portfolio across assigned territories.
Manage Coach & guide third party channel partners to maximize growth.
Support the businesss Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives.
Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customer ensuring Regal as the customers preferred supplier.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the focused markets.
Develop and sustain Sales Plan by account for Automatic Transfer Switches to meet/exceed the business targets for customer base.
Deliver rapid growth associated with Automatic Transfer Switches in terms of orders revenue and margin via the development and of key strategic initiatives.
Develop solid sales processes that enables the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal vision mission values initiatives and company policies.
ARE YOU THE ONE
Required Education Experience and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or Mechanical engineering or related fields
02 years of Sales experience is a must

Strong presentation communication skills.
Ability to engage and build valuebased relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations.
Ability and desire to frequently travel across North America.
Pay transparency: The total ontarget earnings (OTE) for this position range from $90000 to $150000 per year which includes both base salary and performancebased incentives. The actual compensation package will depend on experience qualifications and achievement of performance goals.
