Job Description
Deliverables:
- Own inside sales targets.
- Keep track of & balance revenue & expenses (P&L).
- Deep understanding of the funnel & stages.
- Demand/Data source analysis basis conversion revenue & CAC.
- Inside sales agent productivity analysis.
- Agent selecting performance management training inputs (via floor managers).
- Inside sales campaign creation & agent allocation (via floor managers).
- Dialler CRM disposition & campaign logic creation/optimization.
Requirements
What we need:
- Product mindset.
- Great with numbers & tools SQL/Excel.
- Good at analyzing data building hypothesis implementing tests/plans measuring/calibrating.
- Should work with floor operations (agents/telecallers/field sales).
- Good CFT capabilities.
- High bias for action.
- Sense of urgency/ownership.
- Agency mindset.
- Not an introvert who prefers to be behind the screen.
