BILINGUAL SALES SPECIALIST

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products
- Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors architects and customers
- Defining building implementing and monitoring Sales Plan including sales strategies targets and priorities
- Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
- Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
- Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers including collections credit recommendations and AR adjustments within set rules
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Sales experience
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations

EN VOUS VOUS JOIGNANT NOUS VOUS SEREZ CHARG :
- Dtablir et de grer les relations avec les clients actuels et nouveaux pour augmenter les ventes de produits de la Socit
- De stimuler les activits commerciales et daccrotre la part de march en apportant des solutions aux besoins des entrepreneurs des architectes et des clients actuels et futurs
- De dfinir dlaborer de mettre en uvre et de surveiller le plan de vente y compris les stratgies les objectifs et les priorits en matire de vente
- De crer des plans daction pour des objectifs de vente dfinis et de travailler avec nos fournisseurs pour mettre en uvre les plans
- Dinformer les clients et les employs sur les produits; de grer les chantillons et les stocks de produits utiliss des fins ducatives
- De grer les paiements et le crdit client conjointement avec les directeurs du crdit notamment le recouvrement les recommandations de crdit et les ajustements aux CC dans le respect des rgles
LE CANDIDAT IDAL POSSDE:
- La connaissance du secteur des produits pour toiture un atout
- Un diplme dtudes collgiales (de prfrence en commerce/vente/marketing) et/ou 3ans ou plus dexprience concluante dans le domaine de la vente
- Un permis de conduire valide
- Dexcellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication
- La capacit rsoudre des problmes et grer des situations difficiles
