Job Description
- Manufacture custom home organization systems in our shop through handson work and leadership of manufacturing employees.
- Work alongside Production Manager to ensure projects are completed according to the production schedule.
- QC jobs to verify their readiness for installation.
- Work alongside Production Manager to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Lead and develop the manufacturing team through servant leadership.
- Operate company equipment and tools in a safe and professional manner.
- Experience with hand tools preferred
- Experience with C&C router preferred
- Finish carpentry experience preferred
- Closet garage office cabinetry manufacturing and installation experience preferred
- Servantleadership oriented
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Possess and maintain current drivers license with a good driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
