Job Description
Night Dining Room Host
Hosts MUST be available to work Fridays & Saturdays.
Night shift schedules available: 3pm8:30pm or 5pm8:30pm.

Stewardship & Job Tasks
Use ChickfilA language and Core 4 to make every guest interaction personal.
Engage with guests to make them feel cared for and welcomed.
Check in with guests while they dine in; ask if they need additional condiments and/or how their meal is.
Ask guests if they would like a refreshment of their beverages at halfway point and end of their meal.
Ask to clear the guests table when they are finished with their meal.
Execute duties with urgency & accuracy.
Exhibit applied knowledge of secondmile service by being genuine proactive and personal in interactions.
Be an advocate for the guest; Resolve guest issues and bring them to leaderships attention.
Displays understanding of stewardship: Not wasteful with products works with urgency & exercises good judgment
Safety & Cleanliness:
Provide a clean environment for the guest by wiping down & cleaning the dining room patio & bathroom.
Promote good hygiene practices through regular hand washing & display working knowledge of crosscontamination and necessary prevention methods.
Display working knowledge of crosscontamination and necessary prevention methods.
Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping sweeping floors removing trash and cleaning.
