Job Description
Under the general supervision of the section head(s) and business manager incumbents mission will be to provide professional level administrative support for all business aspects of the section(s) including day to day management and financial functions. The incumbent will be responsible for adhering to all relevant rules regulations and procedures while driving efficiencies and maximizing resources in support of the DOM SOM and LSUHSCs mission. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that all expenditures are within available sources of funds and are appropriate for the projects and source of funding. All duties will be accomplished with a high degree of independence timeliness confidentiality and initiative.
