As a Senior Bridge Engineer/Project Manager in our Boston office youll work alongside some of the industrys most respected experts tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to projects that define infrastructure excellence across the Northeast.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a Senior Bridge Engineer you will:

  • Lead the structural design of complex and conventional transportation infrastructure including bridges tunnels and walls.

  • Oversee and review engineering reports calculations and drawings for accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

  • Work directly with state agencies municipalities and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions.

  • Play a key role in business development efforts leading/assisting proposals engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).

  • 10 years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure.

  • PE License is required preferably from Massachusetts.

  • Development of calculations using Excel and Mathcad. Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

  • Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 CSI Bridge VBridge LEAP Bridge LPile and more.

  • Experience with MassDOT project is highly preferred.

  • Client focused always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.

  • High levels of integrity always doing the right thing in an ethical fair and sustainable way.

  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team working together toward technical excellence.
