About the Role
Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients homes. This role offers flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the geriatric population.
Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week
Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week
Work independently while collaborating with an experienced therapy team

Job Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
