We are looking for committed technically skilled colleagues with 10 years of experience in development and operations. It is essential that you appreciate working in an international crossfunctional team and always aim to do your best contributing to the teams joint achievements.
You have been working in an operations organization and feel comfortable with how to work in an ITSM tool. When it comes to development you are experienced in MS environments in general MS Azure Cloud specifically. C# must come natural to you and you are experienced in general MS development tools.
The role is with focus on Operations but with continuous development work to build diagnostics and monitoring functionality and tools to aid and simplify support trouble shooting and monitoring. The eBusiness solution to be supported is a custom solution not based on any standard application so close collaboration with the development team in Sweden is needed.
As the Senior person in the team we see you as a natural team leader. This is an area that you feel comfortable with and enjoy developing.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong skills in designing and implementing processes for collaboration and communication within crossfunctional teams
- Experience in endcustomer / enduser communication and support.
- An excellent communicator capable of cooperation inside and outside of the team.
- Proficiency in Azure Services: Understanding Azure cloud services including virtual machines containers networking and databases
- Automation and Scripting: Skills in automating the software delivery process scripting deployment tasks managing build processes and orchestrating automated tests
- Testing: Experience and understanding of testing is important.
- Source Control Management: Proficiency in using source control systems like Git to manage code repositories
- Standards Security and Compliance: Ability to develop and implement security and compliance plans
- Experience in agile way of working SAFe knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in ServiceNow is a plus.
- Learning and sharing knowledge on concepts and processes.
- Soft skills should be a part of your personality and having a learning mindset.
- Team player communication collaboration and curiosity is a must.
Education:
- Equivalent to Bachelor within IT
