Description of the role:
The Collision Center Porter at Finnegan Chevrolet Buick GMC will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the collision center department. The porter will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and customer support. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the collision center and surrounding areas
- Assist technicians with moving vehicles within the facility
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and document any damages or issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing prompt and friendly assistance
- Retrieve and park customer vehicles as needed
- Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
