As the Group FP&A Analyst you will join our dynamic finance team. You will support our financial planning and analysis processes across the Group providing valuable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
What Youll Do
- Partner with Divisional finance teams to review and analyze financial results and key KPIs
- Lead the preparation of monthly reporting across Group FP&A
- Conduct Grouplevel financial analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Support the FP&A Manager in reviewing and challenging budgets forecasts and longterm strategic plans
- Translate complex financial data into clear commentary and actionable insights for the CFO investor relations and wider management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial planning data analysis and reporting including M&A integration
Qualifications :
- Recognized professional accounting qualification (or working towards) e.g. ACA ACCA or CIMA
- Strong IT literacy particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent influencing skills including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and produce highquality outputs to tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills to support team members across Group FP&A
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
