Job Description
Our client is the main public transport operator in the Brussels region. We play a key role in urban mobility and place our passengers at the heart of our digital strategy.
Context
Within the Customer division the DCX team is in charge of digital channels for our customers:
Website
Mobile app
App Floya
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Open Data
DCI (Digital Customer Information)
As part of the digital transformation of the customer experience we are looking for a Product Owner to steer the ongoing evolution.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Indepth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to understand technical issues while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Excellent communication workshop facilitation and multidisciplinary team coordination skills.
Analytical and solutionoriented mindset.
Knowledge of the mobility or public transport sector is an asset.
Fluency in French and/or Dutch. English a plus.
Language skills
French or Dutch: excellent
Second language French or Dutch: good
English: good
