Job Description
- Build & Launch Automation Solutions: Use no/lowcode tools like Airtable Make and Retool to develop automations that improve business processes from scratch and with full ownership.
- Identify Bottlenecks & Solve Them: Work directly with stakeholders across teams to spot inefficiencies and build smart scalable fixes.
- Drive Your Own Projects EndtoEnd: From the first idea to the final implementation youll be responsible for the outcomes of your work. Well guide you but youll lead the way.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering & Business Teams: Youll work handson with experienced professionals across functions and bring your own perspective to the table.
- Experiment with the Newest AI Tech: Dive into AI tools like LLMs and autonomous agents. You wont just watch youll try build and learn by doing.
Qualifications :
- Youre studying technology business or a related field and youre eager to apply your knowledge in a realworld setting.
- You have a curious mindset a bias for action and arent afraid to take initiative and own your work.
- Youve played around with Python or no/lowcode tools or are excited to learn fast.
- Ideally youve built things before: in side projects internships hackathons or student initiatives.
- Youre analytical structured and detailoriented but you move fast and keep things pragmatic.
- Youre fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
- You thrive in fastpaced entrepreneurial environments where ownership matters more than job titles.
