Job Description
Visiting Angels a leading provider of nonmedical home care services is seeking compassionate and dedicated non medical caregivers to join our team in the Weirton/Steubenville area.
Additional locations can include: Follansbee Wellsburg Mingo Junction New Cumberland Steubenville etc.
As a non medical caregiver you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and assistance in their homes. This is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with clients and their families to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including meal preparation light housekeeping and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
- Assist with personal care such as bathing and grooming if needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in care giving or similar role preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathicallywith clients.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

No experience No problem! We provide in the field training along with a 6 week mentor program to ensure caregivers are confident in their skill set.
