Job Description
Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team in the manufacturing industry based in Johannesburg GP. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician who is looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair electrical systems and machinery in a manufacturing facility.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and controls.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize machine performance.
- Document all maintenance and repair work accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid electrician license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and machinery used in manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents.
- Physical ability to work in varying environments and conditions.
