Description of the Role:
U S Lawns of Roanoke is currently seeking a motivated Crew Member to join our team in Roanoke Virginia. As a Crew Member you will be responsible for various landscaping tasks and maintaining outdoor spaces for our clients. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing edging and trimming using appropriate tools and equipment
- Plant and maintain flowers shrubs and trees
- Remove weeds and ensure grounds are free from debris
- Operate and maintain landscaping machinery and tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and use hand tools effectively
- Knowledge of plants shrubs and trees common to the region
- Physical stamina to endure outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid drivers license
