The Crop Production/Hay & Forage GPP is seeking a Program Manager for the Global Seeding Platform. This individual is responsible for program planning and creating programs that deliver high value to the customer while achieving the financial and timing needs of CNH; ultimately to strengthen our business.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for of all program objectives: time cost quality scope
  • Develop and monitor plans for the entire program
  • Bring together the crossfunctional team in a collaborative and highperforming environment
  • Drive consistent communication across the crossfunctional team to meet aligned program objectives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk.
  • Facilitate program meetings and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Provide visibility to issues as they arise; escalate as needed.
  • Prepare communication materials and formal presentations as needed.

The annual salary for this role is $81750 CAD $109000 CAD (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.

Qualifications

Bachelors of Engineering Business Administration or applicable field of study.

Minimum of 5 years work experience in product development manufacturing or product validation; preferably in the agriculture.
